Our owner, Chris Villalpando, has over 25 years of combined law enforcement and security industry experience. He was a police and parole officer in Colorado and Texas. His experience includes overseeing a sex offender case load, working on the streets as a police officer, and managing multiple security companies. Despite seeing some of the worst offenses in life, Chris believes you must always maintain a positive attitude and treat people with respect. Taking this knowledge forward, he created Code 4 Security Services in 2017.
Chris’s vision for Code 4 is to embody customer service, integrity; and to develop lasting relationships with clients and local communities. Other security companies fail to train their employees, which leads them to use threat tactics, intimidation, and bullying. Code 4 prides itself in modeling safety, security, integrity, and imploring excellent customer service. We believe this is the most effective method to keep people safe, while enforcing the rules. Chris’s vision for Code 4 is to have the most highly-trained, customer service focused security professionals in the business.
Chris continued his vision of having the most highly trained employees by implementing a management team of experts in training and development, information technology, human resources, and operations management. Our team strives to have a successful organizational strategy that is diverse, inclusive, and encourages individual growth. Our intention is to develop employees who become successful both personally and professionally.
